My name is Cody Rosser and I’m an Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 741 out of Goochland, VA. In order to earn the title of Eagle Scout I had to complete my Eagle Scout project, for my project I chose to build a skateboard ramp at a local skate park. Doug Vickstrom is a long-time family friend of mine, and offered to come help me with the construction of the ramp. He supplied me with every tool that I needed, and mentored me as I led my troop through the necessary steps to get the work done fast, safe, and correctly. The end result was a flawless, immaculacy built mini-ramp for all the youth in the community to enjoy when they came to the skate park. He was a true asset to the quality and completion of the project.
